Our Availability & Response Times
Below is an overview of our business hours and processing times for various requests.
📞 Phone Support
We’re available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
📬 Emails
We respond to emails within 72 hours (i.e. within 2 business days).
However, we often reply sooner – sometimes within just a few hours. We approach each case individually.
📦 Returns and Complaints
We collect returned parcels within the storage period of the pickup point, but no later than within 7 business days.
🔁 Exchanges, Complaints, Refunds
We handle your requests within the legal timeframes:
- Complaints and exchanges – within 14 days
- Refunds – usually within 3 business days after receiving the parcel, but no later than within 14 days
