Returns & Exchanges

We really hope that you love your  your by Greyson pieces as much as we do. However if you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. In accordance with § 1829 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Czech Trade Inspectorate.

Goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging,  not worn, not washed and intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

How to make a return

If you wish to return a package you have 2 options:

1. Pre-paid label

To make a return, please fill out our WITHDRAWAL FORM. When you have submitted your return form, we will email a pre-paid return label to you. Attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point. As we do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund. The cost for the return shipment is 15 EUR.

Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

If you like to change the address from the original order, please email info@bygreyson.cz

2. Send it on your own

If you wish to return the package with the provider of your choosing, you certainly can do that. Simply fill out our return form here and send us an email info@bygreyson.cz where you let us know that you're returning an order with attached form. 

 

How to make an exchange

You can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock or allow us 2 weeks to make the piece) and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge, just fill out the EXCHANGE FORM . Please note that due to environmental reasons we only offer free exchanges once.

When you send us the package, the process is the same as it is with returning a package described in article above. 

We will process exchanges within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

What about customs?

Please note we do not stand for customs payments. We are sending goods within the countries of the EU so we don't have to deal with customs and neither do you. 

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be processed back to the bank account you fill out in the Return / Exchange form that you find here.

We will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.
