Our worldwide delivery option is Packeta Group.

Packeta Group ships to 25 countries in Europe.

 

Delivery Time

We want you to get your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we send your orders the same day or the next day after placing your order. 

If you're ordering pieces to be made, allow us 2 - 3 weeks to prepare your order. 

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

 

Delivery cost

The cost for shipping is free on orders over 250 EUR. The price for shipping may vary depending on your address (country) and shipping option. But will range from 10 to 20 EUR. Your shipping price and options will display in the checkout. 

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment so you get it right away. If your package is returned to us we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend your items.

 

What about customs?

Shipping goods within the countries of the EU, there are no customs applicable. You will receive your package as if it is from your own country. 

Please note we do not stand for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with importing items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.
